2 - Project Initiation: To initiate the 3D rendering process, we kindly request the submission of your architectural blueprints & inspirational reference photos. 

Following the receipt of a "Notice to Proceed" and the issuance of Purchase Order(s), 3DHM will promptly commence the work within 1 to 3 business days from the date of the Work Order.

 

3 - Modeling (White-Box Rendering): The modeling will be created in 3 to 7 business days from commencement date and 3DHM continue all work to a conclusion acceptable to the client.

Client will receive unlimited free revision in white-box stage.  If structural changes are requested, no additional fees are required in this phase.
Provide full set of architecture drawings  (PDF's, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any other available format)

4 - Rendering (Texture & Material): The first set of 3D rendering will be created in 3 to 5 business days from date of phase 2 acceptance. Once the render is complete it will be proofed and any errors will be addressed.
Client will receive one free material/color revision.  If structural changes are requested, we may need to provide a quote beyond the nominal change fee.

5- Final Rendering & Post Production:  Once we receive your approval, we will provide you with the final rendering within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive the high quality files (4K) via email. All the final rendering(s) will be professionally post-processed and delivered in high resolution format.
