  • How can I place an order?
    When you are ready to submit your order, you can call us at 1 (844) 731-0404, or email us at info@3dhm.com, or order online and save 10% with coupon code 3DHM.
  • What is the turnaround time for creating a 3D rendering?
    We usually need about 6 working days to provide you with the first set of rendering, if we quickly get the project information.
  • What documents should I provide with my order?
    For exterior renderings, we need architectural elevation(s), floor plan(s), roof plan and site-plan (if any). For interior renderings, floor plan, sections (if any), and some inspirational images.
  • In what format should I send my plans?
    PDF's, CAD, Revit, SketchUp, or any other available format.
  • What is the cost of a 3D rendering?
    For commercial renderings, we calculate prices individually for each project. For residential and single family homes, we charge based on the property gross square footage.   • What method of payment do you use?
    After we received your order, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay online with any major credit cards. Also, you can mail us a check to our Dallas office. For online orders you can use any major credit carts to pay via Stripe.
  • Do you provide a 3D model of my rendering project?
    Yes, we can send you a 3D model for an additional fee per your request.
  • What software do you use for 3D renderings?
    3ds Max V-ray & Corona, Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D & Lumion.
